Head of the Bay Gallery is located in Pt. Pleasant, New Jersey and is owned and operated by Tom Van Nostrand & his children, Elliot and Noelle.  Growing up on the Head of the Barnegat Bay we have collected original Decoys, Shorebirds, Art Work, & Antiques over a period of 30 years!  We are opening this Gallery to give others the opportunity to own some of these beautiful treasures.  We will be updating this website every month and offering new collectibles for those who are interested.
